Any order placed and paid for will ship in approximately 1-3 business days, unless noted otherwise. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information to see where your goodies are. To best service our customers, we currently ship only to customers based in the United States.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
BACK-ORDERS/OUT OF STOCKS
If any items are back-ordered or deemed out of stock, they will ship as soon as they are received. If you prefer a refund, you may request one within 48 hours of notification of back-order or out of stock item.
RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES
bogl™ Supportive Skincare will not accept returns for the following:
- Allergic Reactions
- General Dissatisfaction
- Opened/Used products
To make sure you are not allergic or don’t like something we suggest getting our boglBduddies™ to test out products. If you’re still unsure, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you for the best solution.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Sometimes, sh*t happens. If your product was damaged in transit, please email email@example.com within 48 hours with picture proof of the damaged item. Once approved a replacement will be sent.
bogl™ Supportive Skincare only accepts returns for damaged products bought directly from www.boglskin.com or in person.
bogl™ Supportive Skincare is not responsible for any lost or stolen package. All shipping claims should be filed by the customer with the shipping company used.
